Refund Policy and Cancellation policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform ("Tracklyf"). Under this policy:

  1. You are eligible for a refund of your subscription in case there have been service failures or you have a valid concern with Tracklyf which has been reported to our team.
  2. Depending on the plan duration, you may cancel your Member Account within the stipulated timelines from the date of subscription to the Tracklyf Plan. In the event that you cancel your Member Account or the same is suspended or terminated by Tracklyf within the aforesaid period, we shall refund any license or subscription fees as below:
    • If the consumer has purchased a 1 monthly subscription plan with Tracklyf, you will be eligible for a refund within the first 7 days of your subscription.
    • If you have subscribed for more than 1 Month subscription with us, you will be eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of your subscription.
      • The refund shall be processed in the manner/mode which is used to subscribe to the Tracklyf Plan within 30 (thirty) days from the date of cancellation.

Disclaimer: Tracklyf reserves the right to deny a refund or service to an individual in case there has been an instance of unprofessional behaviour exhibited during the client’s tenure with us.
